Beschreibung
"Knock Me Down" is a single from the Red Hot Chili Peppers album Mother's Milk. It was written as an anti-heroin song after the death of original guitarist Hillel Slovak, and refers to the ongoing heroin struggles of lead singer Anthony Kiedis: "If you see me getting mighty / If you see me getting high / Knock me down". A video was recorded featuring Alex Winter of Bill and Ted fame.
